Sorry to steal your line Jeremy but I just saw this on the news. A sink hole at the Corvette museum. I thought my wife was pulling my leg but here's the story.

Just one of those freak things, I suppose. All over the internet today. Couldn't have happened in the car park and take out the Civics and Yarises (Yarii?) out there, could it? Had to happen within the walls.

The '62 is a big loss, but the rest of them are so new it doesn't seem as bad as it could be, however rare. The pictures make it seem like they were all outdoors. That isn't right, is it? Surely they didn't keep cars out on that patio?

They did say that the cars are damaged, not destroyed, so maybe...

They're all indoors, Rob. There's just a red rail around them, if that's what you're thinking of.

But the photo shows a huge 30X40 hole outside the building...

Nothing lasts forever...sorta makes you wish they died a more natural death by rolling the odometer a few times crisscrossing the continent.

I have pictures of all of those cars...VERY sad. Even the newer stuff was very cool.

I certainly do hope that have great insurance!
