Right now I am running SSD track where the power supply is simple... hook this up to the rest of the track and things work.

However, I am not sure of the power setup for a homemade routed MDF track works.

I am starting from the very beginning and have no idea how to set this up.

Has anyone written up the entire process of creating the power setup for an MDF track?

• Track power to the braids
• What power supply to use
• Controller power (plus all the negative/positive controller... blah blah blah)
• and anything else I do not know about...

What I need besides power supply help is which wires go where ?
The one power supply linked above....is it adjustable ?

The XLR connections are a great way to go, thanks for the links Jeremy. I am just stubborn and use the 3 bolt method :)
