Just a great railway. The trestle in the first picture is simply incredible.
This brings up a very interesting point that parallels the thread of what to do with our stuff: I just tore down my "permanent" track and will make another. Looking at even a decent sized track, just like this railroad - what does your other half do with that when you pass away? For those of us with basements and non-modular layouts, what I just went through is all you can do.
Can you imagine the problem when this family goes to sell this house? I'd make a condition of buying it be that they keep it.

Northlandz is basically a walk-through display of trains and miniatures- over 8 miles to be exact. You peruse through at your own pace and peer into or over each display. i don't think this mans is going be worrryed about what the other half is going to do with hiis trains when he pass away?
