Has something changed?

Lately, I have to apply JB Weld two or even three times before I get a bond. Have they changed something? I use it the same way I have used it for 30 years or so, but sometimes, it just pops loose. Does it have a shelf life limit? Most of my packages are many years old.

It's a two part epoxy, and I think they have some issues with absorbing water (hygroscopic). So in short, I think the answer is yes although others might know better.
I would get a new package and see what happens.

Very funny. Argh!
I'll get a fresh package tomorrow and see what happens.
I actually got some depressing news from the Dr this last time, and I'm still working it out. It was quite a shock.
