dge467 correct on all counts but you're showing your "youth" by calling it "Emergency 1" instead of "Emergency!". All 3 units are in the LA County Fire Museum now.
The car from The Great Race was called the "Leslie Special".
In my personal opinion the tanker from "Duel" was much scarier than "The Car".

Yes, Emergency! I was just a young'in when that show was on. I used to love "Chips", some great car wrecks and cool cars on that show!

Well, I recognized Simon Templer's P1800 Volvo from repeats. And Greased Lightning, the CHiPs bike and I guessed the last few were possibly referencing Emergency!
That's probably enough of a sign of too much TV as a kid.

No. My Dad was a big fan of the Saint. I'm sure he had a few of the books, but I never read any of them.

That ambulance is from Mother, Jugs, and Speed-- Bill Cosby drove it, torturing nuns.

I know it's been shown before, but it's worth including here anyway because it's a little bit special. One day I must watch the film that it comes from.

Ah John Pertwee, when I lived in the UK he was Worzell Gummage.
Embs, what film is that E-Type hearse from? I note a 62 Ford Country Squire in the garage in the background.
Yes the ambulance was Cosby's ride in Mother, Jugs & Speed
The #17 pumper is from Backdraft
The TBird is from Thelma & Louise
and, of course, the Ford F-1 is from Sanford & Son (which was an American version of the UK's Steptoe & Son)
