I believe Bob has the right of it. The majority of the world drive on the right side of the road, therefore the driver sits on the left. The majority of the detail is on that side of the car.

Let's face it. Even when the original car was right hand drive the models are frequently depicted as left hand drive.

Its the psychology of how our brain operates. Visions to the "left" are interpreted as looking or going forward. Visions to the right are thought of as going or looking into the past. If you want to sell a new product, it usually faces to the left.

Im a nostalgic sort of guy. Facing right isnt so bad.

Not sure I agree with the psychological interpretation of all that. In fact I'd have expected the opposite to be true, with things moving from left to right, and therefore facing right, as moving into the future.

Thats just the typical left brained analytical response I would have expected form you Embs. Wheres your emotional right sided response??

Now fly emotinally right and start looking to the right, or as I view you...to the left.
