Oh yeah...made a trip to the local market for this weekend's eating.



Chicken "Cowboy Grillers" stuffed with seasonings and wrapped with hickory bacon.



Oh yes. Ribs, brisket, and some steaks. Not a bad haul.



It's so beautiful.

More to come as we kick the tires and light the fires :)

I've been playing around with an idea to roll up chicken breast with seasonings and bacon and tying it with string. Let us know how those came out and maybe I can get a tip to keep from making a mess out of it.

I can hear arteries hardening from here.

A couple of weeks ago we went to the Wisconsin State fair and saw these guys in the swine building. I think you discovered what happens to the non-blue ribbon contestants! :lol:
