Yes someone posted this info on the facebook page, I picked up these 7 yesterday. They had a ton of each, but I`m sure the flee marketeers will clear them out within a couple days.

Got a dozen and hope to get more.. New street stock bomber class for the ovals..newer kits with the alum parts.. don't strip

I'd love to get into these larger cars but I'm already into 1/32 and Ho.

Gad.. just threw one together..not for the timid..lots of modding.. and well runs like I thought..I consider these kits as parts for real slot car builds.. lol.. too bad really, thought it be great for novice new builders to get into oval racing.. cheap enough for parts tho..



Best bet for the beginner is to just get yourself an H&R frame, throw a body on it and go racing..

Ok.. with some simple mods and a new front guide and copper brushes they running pretty good... so its a very cheap slot build. But you knew that already..lol

Ky.Slot Racer , didn't you do a chassis tune up tutorial on these ? Cant find it ...

Made it up to the Ollie's in North Canton, OH to find that they were already cleaned out of the AMT slot car kits which was a bit of a bummer - HOWEVER... I think it was well worth the trip as I was rewarded with finding a pair of these in the remaining models priced at $7.99!

The Ollie's near me had one Nova, four Catalinas and a half dozen Green Hornet Black Beauties. I left the Black Beauties and picked up the others. I also picked up a bunch of 1/25 scale model kits. At $7.99 each, I couldn't pass them up. And I'm a 1/32 guy! Thanks for the heads-up.

Anyone interested in trading another AMT kit for a Catalina or two?

Dave - Thanks for the offer on the motors! Not sure you'll want to get rid of your M/T-SL-1 motor if we are going to do another AutoGrass Mini run though? :)
