Thought Harry would like this! I just finished this grille for a customer. it is unique in that it holds water up to a 5" crosspipe that is gas fed thru a turkey frier burner. It is virtually impossible to cook dry meat! as the water constantly gives off moisture. it also has a chip tray so you can add wood chips for smoking, and an outside fill door co you dont loose heat when adding chips.Actual cooking surface is 3'x4'. Only part not custom built is the axle and wheels from a harbor freight folding trailer. The Aluminum flames were hand cut with my plasma cutter freehand, from an old truck toolbox.

I'm no cowboy, but I like that.
Sauces? I'm ready for that. Thank you. I have a season mix I make up...maybe we can trade.
I think we could have a good HRW BBQ at your place. :)

What a great photo. You and Tom would get along, he is a competition shooter himself.

Yes Dave, i am SASS #80.629 I go by the handle of "Wheelgun Bob Scott" Bio was similar to "wild Bill Hickok"
I never got to make the end of trail shoot in Nevada or Ca. but i did make most of the state matches.
I was an average shooter in the "old west" category's, i really kicked butt in the fast draw competition, using full length barreled stock 45's with trigger and hammer work done by me. and long distance Black powder cartridge rifle comp.using my 45-70 springfield.
