Well, that's another things we have in common, David. Let's see, 6 wheel Tyrells, 1960s NASCAR, 4WD that doesn't wreck the countryside, WWII aircraft, wheat beers, any kind of meat that will hold still long enough to get a good char-basting done- okay, with a side salad...
My favorite wheat beer is Amber Wheat, from Abita Brewery just outside New Orleans, and I like every heffe I've ever tried, especially the unfiltered ones.
I confess, I did make a Chinese hot&sour soup a few years back that had cubed tofu in it, but I'm still with Robin Williams about the silly imported waters- "Avian spelled backwards is pretty close to naive".
