I tried getting some of that, but they (Galerie au Chocolat) refuse to ship to the US. I assume they have the same P.O. troubles you describe in their end of the country, or customs, or tariffs. Its too bad. In the Fair Trade area of that place alone, there are wonderful goodies, too good to eat much at a time, and that's rare these days. Actually, real chocolate is rare these days. I found a wonderful place in Austin, TX called The 3 Chocolateers, about 20 years ago that was very strict about their ingredients. I hope they are still in business. The British candymakers that use only real chocolate are represented in the US by the huge corporates, and the product suffers. By contrast, Australian chocolates are easily available here, and they are shipped from the manufacturers unmolested.
Chocolate and coffee got me through two graduate degrees (after the kids were put to bed), and I developed a real snobbery about good chocolate.
