My new book arrived and I caught my dog curled up next to it:

I already have the 5th edition and have been putting off the getting this 6th edition but was glad I did. It covers the newer Scalextric Sport track and cars so that was a nice to see.

Now that is cute!

My dog would go nuts when I had my track on the floor. I put one of those super-resistant Porsche Boxters on the track, and he just looked at it. As soon as it started moving, he freaked, jumped up, tail wagging and panting. Eventually he decided that the car had to die- he charged it and tossed it out of the slot, running back to hide behind me after his job was done. After that I moved my track to the attic and made sure he stayed downstairs whenever I ran the cars. Still, it was really funny to watch that reaction from him.

I used to have a slot-dog that would chase cars and if you hesitated, could grab them off the table. She loved it.

Great looking pup and I hope the book is good!

Haven't you ever curled up with a good book?

My Chiweenie saw the dune buggies on the floor track and went nuts...but then the old motors died and he lost interest. But when I get the Xmas tree up and repower the dune buggies with the new 3D printed motor inserts, that should grab his attention.

My lab will rest his head on the table and watch them. You can tell if I gave him a command he'd grab them lol.
