It may have something to do with the fact that I married a girl who always wanted a garage set when she was a little girl. Some you may be old enough to remember the tinplate garages with a half dozen die cast cars from the 1950s. Some had spiral ramps to roll the cars down, some had handcranked elevators and car lifts over grease pits.

Posted: Fri Nov 28, 2014 10:28 amI see where the Turkey was put on hold at another house. Isn't it just great to see the grand kids enjoying the slotcars? I had to put voltage regulators on each lane so I could enjoy watching instead of fetching to place the cars back on the track.
