Really great looking fence Dave. I've got those figures too and they are getting hard to find!

Fantastic build there Dave! I really like the looks of that building. You nailed that old time look on that one.

Dave the work shop looks great.all you need now is an arch welder flashing on the inside. It's an idea I picked up from Michael Challengerguy on his how-to.Blue flashing led, works well.Don't set the oil alight.Richard

Fantastic old-fashioned garage.

Great idea about the welder. I've got a recollection I've seen a kit to do this with a random flashing light - maybe in a model railway context.

I dont have a link just yet, but there are some battery powered Christmas lights that you can rob the random flasher out of to do the welder flash. I have done it in the past, just cant find the ones i used. they are a Dollar store type cheapo set, but the effect is great.

To get a realistic flash of the welder, use a blue LED and a motorized disk with randomly spaced blackout areas. You get the intense flickering followed by a few flashes, followed by intense... You get the idea. Its the way I did chase lights on a movie theater marquee sign years ago on a HO layout.
