Corning Ware

I have an old counter protector from Corning Ware that probably dates to the late 70's. it is made of ceramic and impervious to heat. Dead on flat and easy to scrape clean with a razor blade. Not sure if they are still being made but available on EBay if you are willing to pay the price.

I looked it up, and then got distracted and didn't post. Yes, they still make them, but you may have to put up with a girly print around the edges. They aren't expensive so people may want to try it.
