Posted: Mon May 13, 2013 10:17 amIs this front "notch' just plastic? Do you have a old Scalectrix or Fly axle lying about? The knurling on the ends can easily clean out that hole a little, enough to free it up.

Posted: Thu May 16, 2013 7:18 amA reamer may not be the best thing to enlarge what is really more like a notch, I would use a round file. I have both the regular and diamond coated file sets from Harbor Freight and they work very well.

Posted: Fri May 17, 2013 7:50 pmI agree. Cummins makes a set of diamond files that are dirt cheap, and they are tiny. I think they are sold by Harbor Fright.
