Looking for Extra Fine Paint Pen

Hello a while back someone mentioned they use a particular type extra fine pen to mark out panel lines on their cars etc...
I can't find the post - can anyone help out with the brand of pen

and another tip....don't always use black, for example on a red car try a really dark red.

When I actually do touch up panel lines I tend to use a little Raw Umber mixed with a lot of clear medium and then thinned down to an ink. That way it's translucent when dried. I tend to use it over the colour rather than under, because I only decide afterward if the panel lines need more. I do rescribe panel lines to sharpen them up before starting to apply paint.
