Had been wondering about something similar or just a set of stainless steel orthodontic pliers. I've already taken skin off knuckles trying to bend music wire, and getting matching shaped pieces is nearly impossible.

I know what you mean. I still have all my stuff, and the rifle I loaded for was stolen in 1979. I never had a case cleaner back then.

Back to the wire bender....I bought one and have struggled to figure out how to use it. I know there are some instructions somewhere but I am too ashamed to ask Rick for them again.
I have stuck with a bench vice and linesmans pliers for my bending tools....and yes, sometimes I make the same part over and over to get a matching pair.

I really like the R-Geo bender. I have the older style and the new one also. They are easy to use, but there is a learning curve. I'm not nearly on Marty's level, but I do ok on it. Great tool for the scratchbuilder. :)

Rick's benders were the first sold to the slot car market. I have one of his originals, w/the stationary fence, mounted on a plywood block. It works great, but the steel rod fence, like on yours, is a little more versatile.
