So I've got about 140 running feet of 3 lane 1/24 Scalextric Track that I've been half heartedly trying to sell...

Now I find myself with just over 2 sets worth of Strombecker 3 lane track. It's not half the track the Scalex track is. Scalex has stainless rails, deep slots, 4" lane centers, and much better section to section electrical contact.

BUT the wholly irrational side of me says to gather up more 3 lane Strombecker track...with no place to set it up.

So if any of you have some sections of the stuff laying around...needn't be perfect, just useable, and you'd consider parting with it, let me know.

I've attached a pic of a large layout of the 3 lane Strombecker stuff I had a long time ago. At the time in that home I had about that much more of the track sitting in boxes. It all found a new home in Virginia, and I've long since lost contact with the buyer. If you're on here and want to sell it back, let me know!

Wow, good luck with both. Wish I could afford to take some of that 3 lane Scaley off your hands!!!

Todd, it might be worthwhile to see if some guy in Tx might have some and be willing to trade for some more 3 lane Scalex. I think I can get his email, or Brad might have it.

For as common as that track used to be, I don't see it much anymore. I think I've seen one set on ebay the last year or two and it was just a basic set. It got bid too high, I thought, but that is ebay with some items.
