Would like to start a club in this area. Any scale, I've done them all in the last 50 years. I have been building home tracks since I was 16.

If you are not nearby, any suggestions on how to make contacts? I am relatively new to the area, no hobby shops exist but lots of boomer age folks live here who should know what a slot car is!

Recently retired and would really like to get it going. One of the unique things about this area I have found is that every bank, grocery and c-store has a bulletin board. Will post some pictures of my old track to draw attention. The POA also has an online listing of clubs and such. The model RR club may be a good source of racers that crossed over.

You're about two hours from me... however my current life's situation would pretty much prevent any participation in whatever you turn up. Plus, my interest is now in those blasphemous digital cars! (Carrera D132.)
