When: Saturday, Aug 17 "The Roof is fixed 400"



Times: The track will be open at 9am for practice. Pre-race tech for the race will begin at 1:30pm.



Location: The Slot Car Club of the Twin Tiers, 2117C Grand Central Ave., Horseheads, NY

The Track: Piper’s Glen, hand routed wood, multiple elevation changes, fully landscaped.

The Cars: Slot.It or Racer Sideways.

Thanks to all the racers who made it to our race on 8-17-13.



There was some great battles all day long. A couple of hard luck issues too…better races are coming! Several records were broken on the day by Ryan. 80+ laps in the B Main for a 9 minute race, the single lap record of 6.111 seconds and the 133+ laps for a 15 minute race. Congratulations to Ryan and all the Main winners. NOTE: For those that are interested, Ryan has shared his car setup which is detailed at the end of this Email.



For those who could not make it don’t worry, there are some great events coming up.

September 14 is the “Tune-up Terror 249” and on October 12 is the Slot.It 6 hour Team Enduro.



We are looking for teams and drivers for the Enduro in October. Let us know!
