Trans AM at MPR...
Posted: Tue Oct 29, 2013 3:36 pmOk, last Thursday at MPR we started our Trans Am series. Cars were to be vintage TA type cars. That being pre 1972 Pony cars.
Mustangs, Camaros, Cougars and Cudas (when avail) with NO SPECIFIC manufacture. Yes, Scaleys playing with Pioneers and maybe even SCX and Carrera if they can be coaxed off the shelf. What we are looking for is clean competitive racing. Ya got that? Let me say it again. Good clean competitive racing. If it comes with the car (except the magnet) you can use it. Add weight if you want. Tune the car until your withered little fingers are too tired to tune. Make your tires round. make your wheels round. But leave your best Slot.it hop ups at home...
