MGTTRA

Some of you may have seen the change in my post signature.
It now includes the Home of the MGTTRA Midget racers.I have posted before that the Crossroads Speedway is hosting Saturday night Midget racing and cookouts, A few of us got together to form the MGTTRA, which stand for Middle Georgia Table Top Racing Association. Basically it will be Spec 1/32 midget racers and Group decision making as far as what takes place during our organized events (mainly what to cook and who's doing it  ) We normally just have fun races,(like there all not fun?) But thought in the essence of fair play,we would at least keep the midget racing some what organized and keep the basic chassis all the same. I dont know if the MGTTRA will spill over into our stocker racing as we have not discussed that, and probably wont, two many rules ruin the fun! But as an organized group we can all chip in on the grocery bill for the cookouts and drinks,so no one person is funding the whole thing.and it gives novice racers an even chance at winning by running all spec. cars. We run rotational Championship format with a break out rule,so things are really quite even across the board.
