Slot.it SIO201C1 Oxigen Digital In-Car Chip Type C

I've always used the carrera 26732 chip - anyone used this Oxigen chip for Carrera?

1) looks like you have to download something from their site to be able to program it for scalextric vs carrera - is this easily done?

2) it says it doesn't have the ghost feature - but what about lights?

It has lights, but the connector for them is not yet available.
Hopefully this video makes it clear what the chip can do.
