Great looking track. The biggest part of recovery is having something to do with all of your time off. Keep moving, just don't over do it, and you should have a speedy recovery. Time flys by when your having fun.

I just got to look back at this thread. Wow Johnny, That is a generous offer to make! I guess that is why they call this the slot car family. I did tell you my plan in the PMs about my planned move over to HO scale. But just to make that kind of offer I have to say thank you.

So to all of you who look at this thread, That track is down and has moved on. I did trade it to our carpet installer to pay for the labor cost of our new carpet. That was for our whole house to. Most of my cars are sold off now also. I'm just glad I did have them when I needed it. I am NOT out of the slot car sceane by any means and I will have a new build thread coming soon. I will make a another post to explain it all.

Hi all, So I did not make the move to HO scale. My shouler surgeries are done and I am well into rehab. My doc said I can start doing `light stuff`, So I started building brass chassis for my monogram classics. Woo Hoo!! Well I need a place to test, tune and race them. So I will be setting the tables back up, there 2 4X8 in a L shape. Except this time I will be routing the track like my old "grey wolf raceway". I miss that track. The room has been repainted and new carpet installed. The table tops need some prep work before the routing starts, but nothing to bad. Found a couple roll of copper tape left over from grey wolf so updates will be showing up this week.

I will post up some pic tomorrow of my brass chassie build in the scratchbuilder area. Grey Wolf was my 12X8 four lane routed layout with scenery that had to come down when the owner sold the place we rented. I tried to take it down with little damage, did not work out. I post a link to the build thread. Most of my slot stuff sold of due to lack of money becuse I could not, and still cant work. I think the HO idea came from shear frustration of my situation. Well my better half had me hang on to the core of my hobby and things are looking alot brighter. So my new routed track build is starting.

Sorry Guys, busy week. I will get the pics up this week-end. I'm supposed to have help coming over this week-end to set up the tables. Picked up more brass brass today and ordered the honeycomb jig. Moving forward, slowly, but moving forword!

Posted pics in the scratch builders area for my brass chassis builds. There has been a minor change in my table set-up. It will be going into the garage. More room to build, Should happen in the next few days. I hate having to wait on people sometimes, but I will get used to it. When I start to put it up I will be starting a new thread and deleting this one.
