Hi my name is Anson Rackoff I am son of Carl Rackoff if you know my dad used race Slot Car few of USRA race I only race three time at USRA at NH 1997,1998 at PA and 2001 at home track in LI now I living in South Florida my dad passed away on Jan 18, 2008 because liver cancer take him away :-( he is greatest guy I know he have good friend around at slot car racing as good respect he was good owner at Riverhead Raceway for his own business till he lost it so I miss a lot of slot car racing I'm not give up the hope I missed my dad a lot I want learn how learn slot car but here in south Florida don't have slot car racing but central Florida but I decide stay here I always miss my hobby I always dream to comeback to honor my dad!

welcome mr redruby! sorry to hear about your loss :(. Cancer has done its damage on my family as well. you might want to create your own thread introducing yourself and stating the area you live as it will draw more views. that way you might be able to find more slotters in your area. im blessed to have a group near me in mn. we race every Thursday night :)
