Went down to the man cave for a bit of fun :banana-dance:
turned into a nightmare :scared-eek:
had a water puddle the size of a pond, tape joints on the ceiling popped, track wet
the kids washed Moms truck yesterday and by the looks of the hose it was pulled on breaking the outside hose bib
still ripping sheet rock down and pulling wet insulation
more later

Oh no. Anything you need to know about the house or track repairs, ask me. If there is anything I haven't dealt with before (unlikely), I'll get you dependable info. Anything. Just sing out.

got the water shut off, ceiling cut out, wet insulation pulled out, waiting for it to dry out so I can spray it with bleach, track is ok, just some wipe down and cleaned the rails with Inox, was not what I wanted to do today
thanks Rob, I need to see just what broke to fix it
Dave, I think it will be ok
Johnny, not sure yet
