Bob,
Your #2 car is a riot to run! I'm not sure if you can make it out in the video - but it is still fish tailing and hunting for traction well past the half way point down the strip!

Maybe the track prep will be better at next location :).
To hot of a burn out...?
Not enough burn out.... Rookies :)

Serious horsepower tied to pizza cutters!
In all seriousness, that #2 car is popcycle stick with a tornado strapped to it! To still be swinging the rear NOTABLY past half track, while still ticking off numbers pushing into the upper twenties for speed is IMPRESSIVE and a WHOLE lot of fun to run!!! :D

This is great stuff Todd! For not having a test track near me, I am pretty happy with the cars performance so far. Sure, they could be much better, but they couldn't be any more fun!
This is just great stuff so far!

Really good stuff! Of course, you have to paint the track white to get the real Bonneville effect, eh?
If you get a chance, maybe with the top eliminator runs, get some vid from the finish line end also. The starts are great, but they disappear into the gloom.

Keith -
That is a great idea! We will work to get some video of them coming through the traps as well!
Thanks for the suggestion!

Woohoo! Second in both classes. I think my gear guesses were ok after all. Can't wait until the eliminations. It should be a blast, eh?
