Well I have had a bad qualifying car move up the leader board before. So who know how you will finish. It's not always the fastest car that wins.

Scalextric Sport
Scaley power base now functioning only to send power to the controllers. Power runs through a Slot Car Corner power tap, plugin is now on the outside of the track. Had burn up to many power bases prior to getting the SCC Power Tap.
Pyramid PS26KX Power Supply
Turn 1&2 has been changed to resemble 3&4
Lap length is 27'
Run at 12 volts
Parma 45 Ohm Controller
Carrera Timer
Race run in the inside lane
Turns painted with Rustoleum Textured Paint
Cars in the picture are from 2013 Forums Cup

Not quite Bristol. Bristol would have been before I put the straight section in the turns. Even the real Nashville SuperSpeedway is a full turn with no straight in it. Actually drove it this summer in a former #2 COY Dodge. What a thrill. So it's a made up track. Mini Indy is the closest thing I can think of.

Hey guys - if you are interested, I can set up a Google Doc spreadsheet for this series that looks very similar to the Vintage NASCAR Fun Run one without too much effort.
Just let me know. :)

Steve,
Your time was 5 Min 48.47 Secs. Fast lap 3.36 Secs. A good solid 4th place finish.
Audi1 I was shocked at where your car finished. Especially after test driving and qualifying. It is a fast car but to run it consistently for 100 laps was a challenge. I gave it 3 attempts.
Since I do not have electronic timing the clock is ticking while I marshall. Deslots in turn 2 or 3 are the farthest away from the driver station.
I could re-run the race at 50 or 60 laps and the outcome may or may not be different. I'll let you guys decide. I ran a run at 3 mins and it was about 56 laps or so.
When I've run the Forums Cup I re-ran all cars until I got a perfect race with no deslots. Hard to do and takes a lot of time. But the 2014 race had a 60 lap main event. I'll do whatever you guys thinks is fair to all.

Will do!
Is there a listing you guys can point me to with what the running order for the tracks from here on out will be? I think that we added both the road course here and one other if memory serves - but can't seem to find an updated posting showing the tracks / running order?
(I may have just missed it though?)
In the mean time, I will get to work on the structure of it! :)
