Last year there was some confusion about track voltage - some teams had already begun car builds and testing well in advance of the actual event. Since the track voltage was not formally communicated until shortly before the event, some teams guessed higher, some lower but the net result was teams were scrambling at the last minute to adjust their car setups (e.g. motors, gearing, etc.). One of the lessons learned was to formally communicate the track voltage for future events well in advance. For this year's (2016) event and subsequent MI24 events, track voltage will be set at 12.5V for practice and the actual race. Please setup your cars accordingly.
