This Friday the 13th will be a race at Meadowdale Raceway. Since it is truly a scary night, all 3 local clubs are welcome, the Bombers, the JYD motley crew and the Great Lakes Slot car club goofballs. A fright night for sure.

Race card:

The Penguin Pinot which is a Ninco Classic race with a twist: Only Jaguars and Porches (if all you have is another model, that's okay even though we will mock you)
Nascar Dave and his not ready for prime time Late Model Nascars - One of our most popular races
Greggo's American Muscle Cars - Pre 70 with Jack Rabbit motor - sponsored by Greggo who won't be there, but we all will wear Greggo masks during the race.
Big Lare CAN AM - sponsored by Big Lare who will personally donate $1000 to the winner
Cunning Corvettes - Any corvette, any year, any color, any ethnicity (if you don't have one, we will give you a real slot car)

This Friday's Race Card is brought to you by Team Momentum which is racing this year's Chicago Marathon to raise monies for MDA. Instead of a "food fee", please bring $3 to $5 or more for a donation to the MDA on behalf of the Team that my daughter Lauren is part of. This year the wife and I have to figure out how to watch 2 daughters racing in the Chicago Marathon. There will be a separate donation jar used to help crowd source the Dunkle Limo-inery which is a chartered limo stocked with wine and martini's that will drive the wife and I from point to point along the marathon route where we can roll down the windows and wave and provide encouragement to our daughters. Suggested donation is $125 per racer.
