Anyone know if PM feature has been disabled?

I am showing many in my bucket that have not gone out.
I have been behaving myself so I see no reason for me being disabled!

I'm bad, I got busy in my laboratory working on a power plant for a go kart for the grand kids. hopefully it will look cool when I get it done for it will most likely make more noise than speed or power.
