Yes, both cars WILL be available as separate cars.
Yes, the police car has lights and sound.
Yes, the red Challenger will be released as a black window car. The mold is NO different than the normal car with an interior, this car just has black windows. The same can be said for BOTH cars actually, they're not lower detail cars, just black windows.
Yes, they are DPR ready.
Yes, this Javelin was actually a real police car... ;)

I went to the '72 Talladega 500 and remember seeing those Javelins doing traffic control. James Hylton won that day, one of his two Cup wins.

Yes, yes we do... the sound was finalized before I heard it and could have it changed...
