Midday:

Sausage, Peppers, and Onions in the Crock with all the assorted cookies (Cheater alert).

The MAIN MENU!

My son will be slow rolling: Baby backs, Tri-Tip, Pork Steaks for the main meal around 4.

The General is making famous pasta salad and of course tater salad. There WILL be the variety of hot sauces and a pickle or two for good measure.

SATURDAY NIGHT!

Christopher is once again slow rolling some fine marinated chicken tenders. All styles. From Spicy to Sally. Your choice boys.

SUNDAY

You overnighters are in for The Generals biscuits and gravy! Eggs to order and of course, the finest coffee my discount store has in stock. :whistle:

Woof! That's a lot of meat. David's in the hospital just from looking at it. We never did convince him that jalapenos are salad...

Food looks great and racing looks like a blast. The workbench is far too neat though.
Wish I could be there. Maybe for the Summer Slam.

Dinner, cooked by Harry's son Chris, Harry has taught him well.
