This is a 1/32 resin body with a vacuum form set of windows that Audi 1 [Allan] had given me a while back.It replicates the Porsche that ran in the Carrera Panamericana. I mounted it on a Sebring chassis. Power comes from a MT-1 slim can motor. Wheels are made by MRRC. A pair of Quick Slicks are mounted on the rear. I painted the body with Tamiya Silver Leaf, and then clear coated it. I made the headlight trim rings by taking some 1/25 chrome driving lights and sanding the buckets off until just the chrome ring was left. I then glued them to the body and chrome foiled the inside of them before gluing in the lens. Decals are from Le Mans Decals. I made the interior out of some sheet plastic. Steering wheel and driver are from the spares box. Tailpipes are made from plastic tubing. It is a really nice running car and handles great on my track.

Was pretty sure I had a 550 coupe in my stable too, a 1956 Le Mans 550A produced in 2003 by Any Slot from Paris. Built on a Ninco Porsche 356 chassis.
