TGIF - Spring Clean Up

Well it's been a busy week, but not just for slot cars.

Have some bigshot VIP coming in Tuesday and the old Skunkworks has to be just right. Sadly, it looks about as good as it gets :) But hey, the tracks are ready and I have 20 miles of solder and pounds of tires to build toys with.

Will be updating more pages on the site as well. Still working on reformatting many other pages in the archives.

I appreciate ALL of you who have helped me with this effort. I will miss a link or image here and there and I rely on you folks to poke me :teasing-poke: and tell me to get it right :)

Have a Saturday planned with my wee ones (grand kids) but then it's back to the Skunkworks to finish the MT Camaro among other things.

This is my weekend to finish up all the jobs around the house, so i can make the big trip to the bustling metropolis of Dixon Mo! Not much left but cutting the grass again, and servicing the land yacht for the trip. then all thats left is finishing a couple of cars that i am taking with me to run on the BIG track,(where the cool people hang out) and im ready.
looking forward to meeting a bunch of you in person, and putting faces with names. should be a great time, and i am very much ready for a slot filled mini vacation!

My other half and I are working on the house cleaning in preparation of a visit by our eldest daughter. I made a small milestone yesterday when I got my new routed section of my road track wired up. preliminary reports on the new configuration are good. I think the new section adds some spice to an area of the track that was kinda ho hum before.
