i dry brushed my carrera track with flat black paint from the samples you get at lowes.now the white lines and the red and white borders look like they are old and weathered. you can go as heavy or lite as you want.

DW5555 used rustoleum spray paint to cover lines on his Carrera track. It was a very good match. I believe it was Rustoleum Aged Iron. I'm sure he will see this and chime in.

If some of your track is already painted you can take a piece of track to a professional panting store and they can scan the track section and match the color of your "Sebring concrete".

The model railroad guys use Solvaset and an erasure to take off tampo printing.
Soak the printing with the Solvaset, wait, reapply, rub gently with erasure.

Better yet, let your fingers waddle over to Google and type in ‘remove Tampo printing’.
Lot’s of ideas there.
I cannot recommend Goof Off. I tried that on AFX track and it removed the texturing.
One method is to use a dry erase marker. It looks like they keep smearing it on and wiping it off until the markings are gone. https://liveandletdiecast.kinja.com/dry ... 1751498338
Please let us know if you have any success.

Looked back to see if there was any success.
I noted the OP mentioned 70% alcohol. 90% is what I use for paint stripping.
Walking through a hobby shop I noticed Scalecoat II Wash Away Paint Stripper is still available. The product won’t harm plastic but I’m not sure if it will remove Tampo printing.
