NEW Models update:

512BB/LM
We just received and performed tests on different test tracks with the next 512BB/LM.
We count to be ready for deliveries of the first version by the end of november being
the first liverie the metallic blue/yellow European University sponsored as raced in
Le Mans 24hrs 1981 with race number 77. All other versions will follow in 2014.




3D project is actually almost completed and molds prodcution will start by the end of September, we expect to release this model in first quarter 2014.

PORSCHE 935/77 and KREMER PORSCHE 935K2
Actually working on 3D projects for both versions and concentrating all efforts in order to be ready with this model during 1st quarter 2014. Hopefully a first prototype body will be shown at the end of September during Milan Slotlandiaevent.

After racing these with other HRW folks at the last event I have warmed up to them more than I thought.

I saw the Schnitzer BMW M1 up close and personal today and I've got to admit it looks better in person than I thought it did online. So much so that I bought it.

My racer M1 arrived yesterday - looks great in my eyes!
Removed the magnet - added a bit of weight (6 grams) to the front behind the wheels
And put a bit on the motor (3 grams) - as with our group 5 rules this has to run stock back tires
(our flys and others(s cans) run silicons, stock motors )
3/4 turn on the pod screws out - tight front body screw -1/2 turn on rear body screw
and off to the board track - got to say i am impressed, allmost as fast as my group 5 leader (fly m1 grp4 silicon tires)
Way to go Racer/Slot-it!!!!!!!

Why can we not get the Black versions with Sideways logo on them (i think they look smart )

Reread our rules and it allso stated no lead weight -so out comes the lead
Guess what, same settings tight screw front 1/2 turn back - had to turn my breaks on full on my DS controller
and i am turning same and maybe a titch Faster times - go figure!!!!!!!

I did some measuring today and determined that the Fly BMW M1 body with the shallow tray interior will fit on the Racer chassis with minor modifications to make mounting posts. But for the chassis it would be a one way trip as some of the rear valence panel would have to be removed. I think the Fly body with interior is slightly heavier than the Sideways body and interior but I will double check to be sure. I don't think I will make the change as the looks of the Sideways body has grown on me with time and it would be cheaper to get a slot.it HRS2 all up chassis for that purpose.
