Looks like it's intended for Euro club racing. The concept is interesting in that it uses the Slot It motor pod.
Not cheap. 43.5 Euros on sale for 36.98 ($59.10/$50.24).
With an aluminum chassis plate, I'd make sure there was overcurrent protection in the track wiring.

Reading a little farther, that price is only for the plate and axle/body mounts. No mechanicals.
