Having Fun with the old Girls.

Postby Reslotted » Wed Apr 23, 2014 8:33 pm

Whilst going through the slot box looking for bits and pieces for the latest project. I found some cars that I haven't run for ages, I forgot how much fun they are.
The old Fly Classics got the Harry Wise (Flyfight) treatment years ago, solid axle, sleeved wheel hubs, etc etc.
I think it's time to put an order into PG as the rears have started to go off a little, although that 917 is still pretty darn quick probably still one of my favourite cars, I can't believe I neglected her for so long.

The other cars I nearly forgot I owned were my Ninco Cobras, short wheel base, skinny stock tyres and NC5 power. Still an absolute blast.

Time to dig a bit deeper and find some more long lost treasure. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in what's new, we forget the cool stuff we already have.

Those Ninco Cobra Classics are so much fun. His Lordship's looks a bit battered and battle scarred but still the first car that hits the track as a warm up of the reflexes on laps night. The Classics are definitely some of the best ars Ninco released.

Now this is good stuff. Always fun seeing the classics getting track time.

Thanks for this one.
