Advice needed on Scaly Corvette C3229

Postby dr fabio » Fri Jul 04, 2014 8:08 pm

I quite like Lemans cars and the scaly Corvette ran in 68 and 69 (at least if not more). Anyways the add says that the car is a sidewinder? Is this correct? Has Scaly changed the chassis as the Corvettes used to be front mounted inlines. If it really is a sidewinder did they reduce the interior to a tray style interior.

Thanks in advance for any help guys. :text-thankyouyellow:

I haven't seen any Coke bottle Vettes that did not have a front motor and driveline. This is the first I have heard of any reference to anything other than that. I think what you most likely read was a misprint in the add or one written by someone who didn't know what they were talking about.

Fabio, that's still the front motor set up; someone goofed in the description you read.
