I think the 1309 fits better on the Capri than the M1. Again, draw your own conclusions. It works for me for sure.

The tire tread looks slightly bulged, if that is actually the case if you examine the wear pattern after a hundred laps or so you will see that only the center of the tread is making contact. If you have access to a Tire Razor you could true the tires on the stock wheels, but it might be easier to sand down the center ridges of the wheels. If you are running the car with the traction magnets you might not have to bother with that.

I haven't noticed a problem "yet". The bulge is easily fixed. For example, we use the 1410 on the DTM cars. The WHEEL rib causes a huge crown. Once you true down the wheel, which with plastic wheels helps a ton, the 1410 fits nicely and you get a slightly larger contact patch. I'm in the process of filming a "How to set up a Carrera DTM" for non magnet. You can also leave the magnets in if you would like.

i finally put 1309C Super Tire on the Capri, it was a little bit harder than on a Kafer, i separate the body from the chassis and i proceeded, i will try them on my next race(next saturday)
good thing, now i got 2 cars with the same silicone tire 1309C
