First off, I want to thank everyone who either followed this auction or bid in it, or both. As Harry has said, these cars have more than a bit of slot car history wrapped around them and are all one-of-a-kind cars that will never be duplicated.

Second, I'd like to thank all of the bidders for their generous bids; owning a unique slot car, helping to celebrate the life of a past forum member and helping to make a meaningful contribution to the HRW forum are all good things in and of themselves; combined they're exceptional.

We raised $390.00 in this 5-car auction; that's quite a lot. So, thanks again to all of the bidders!

Lads i am so very grateful for both of the thi gs accomplished here.
A great contribution to our little home a whopping 390 i think it came too.
And also great and respected homes for these wonderful competitors of history.
I am also glad too bring 2 of Keiths cars back north.
Now if only we could do that with the Stanley Cup and the World Series..
