I have two of these powers supplies, one a newer model (as shown), one a very old version. The new one comes with a snap on cover that fits over the terminals and the other I made from ABS and CA glued it on. Neither are very effective against little fingers or slimy dog tongues.
I don't have the power in grounded for a reason.

I don't bother with tracking on anything I order from overseas. I know free shipping from China can be anywhere from 2 weeks to a month.

Harry is right about the power draw of modern 1/32 cars. In our case we run 1/24 cars and some have 26D and other hot motors from the 60s. Many of them draw 10 amps by themselves.
