TGIF! Shopping & Waiting

Tonight I ran a few cars that I had painted over the summer, only to realize that I spent too much time with how they looked rather than how they ran, :doh: so I'll spend a few hours getting them sorted out tomorrow. I've got a Ninco Jag that drives like a barge, and that's just not going to cut it! I figure I may also remotor a few cars too, removing super-fast stock ones and replacing them with something that will keep them on my little track. It's been far too long since I've spent a sizable chunk of a weekend on slot cars, so I'm very much looking forward to tomorrow.

I might work on another review. It was one that I started on months ago but never finished. The car is still being made but not often spoken of, so I'll work on that too if the above goes well.

I'm also trying very, very hard to ignore all of the good deals currently going on. My wife bought me a slot car for our anniversary, something that she said she'd never do, so now I feel too appreciative and flat out guilty about all of the ones that I've bought myself recently to blow our money on another one right now. I'll be enjoying the new releases vicariously through what you all post! :lol:
