This recently reacquired Porsche GT1 was the first 1/32 slotcar I bought after crossing over from ho more than 15 years ago. The one I bought originally had lights though. One Fly car and I was hooked for life :doh:

Scored these on eBay at a ridiculous price. Love these cars and they run great minus the McLaren's tires ridiculously out of true.

I visited Slot Car Junction in Brunswick, Maine last night and made a purchase - Slot.It #12 McLaren M8D.


I need one more car to round out my Can-Am series, and would love for it to be a Lola T260, especially the one driven by Jackie Stewart.


But, I think this is the Vanquish MG version, which I'm not interested in because it's not really 1/32nd scale (1/28th?) and would look odd on my track with all the other cars I have.

Anyone know if any 1/32 scale manufacturer released a Lola T260 RTR car?

It's interesting that you were able to get the upper side of the car illuminated so well in the reflection. Could you share how you set up this shot?
