Did Tiny Motors go belly up? If not, what is their link?

According to the last thing he posted: due to health problems he shut down his business. It's a shame because he was one of the few sources of Strom repop parts plus he had some nice silicones that had tread and good sidewall detail.

Same story I've heard and it is a shame. I hope he's doing ok though...parts are replaceable.

His tires were the fastest on my wood skidpad - way faster than SlotIt N22s. I ripped one taking it off.

It would be nice to send him a message from the group wishing him the best.

We must have somebody here who can find an email or physical address, right?

I got a response from Steve (Tiny Motors) at his ebay address (kenoshaki). He's in rough shape healthwise, but seems to be improving, albeit in, as he puts it "baby steps". Here's part of his response:
'Hi,
Good to hear from you. As the old cliché says, "I have my good days and bad days"...........
.........I've been re-teaching myself on the lathe and milling machine when I get up the steam and can handle the frustration of trying to remember what to do.
I am thinking (maybe wishful) of making several 1/32 kits. I would like to get into styrene injection molds instead of resin and silicone but it is quite expensive to go injection.
Oh well, I have to take baby steps anyway so maybe I can work my way into that over time. I was close before my lapse so I know it is not out of reach again.
I want to make better products with less time, effort and stress. But then that is the key isn't it. lol.
I'll be back, I just have a few obstacles in the way.
Thank you so much for writing, it means a lot. And tell the guys a HRW I said hi and keep 'em in the slot.
Very grateful,
Steve'

That is great news! His stuff has saved many an old slot car from extinction!

Steve has been a great help to me. Hope he returns to his former level of health.
