Mfogg, I just bought some Paul Gauge 20115 urethanes and fit like a champ on my slot.it 312 PB. No trimming needed, just your standard truing.

I guess I missed that you mentioned slotter, not slot.it. I'm new to the urethane tires, PGT's part number expresses the actual tire size. So the 20115 should fit the dimensions of the wheel you referenced. They were 3.99 at slot car corner. I bought a ton of stuff so I couldn't tell you shipping for just the tires.

Urethane tires are easily sandable. If they fit the wheel diameter and the rib but are too high or wide, simply sand them down to size.

I did find the rib depth on mine to fit nicely without any mods to the rim other than I trued it first.

Then try a 21125? if 12 is a little too wide you can easily sand the profile on the inside or out to clear body work/chassis.
