That has all the earmarks of a great time right there! Some of the best modeling skills in the country on that track.
Cool stuff Guy's, wish I was there.

Ok guys...break time!

You have to try this stuff. Just saw it at the local grocery couple days ago.

Ah, the best to you from Avery Island! My family friends from several generations back. They are good people who gave so much to help after Katrina. I love 'em to pieces.

I agree Dave :)

Ok a few pics of the cars.

Image

Mark's excellent MRRC Ford. Out with the Sebring, in with the brass and it's so smooth and quiet it was almost scary. What a great effort on a car that deserves it.

Image

Yes sir. Had a nice time as always with these.

Image

The usual suspects made the cut. Mark has tuned this Cheetah and it is a fast mover.

Image

Back to the oval with a surprise special guest star. This custom Carrera Willy's might be the best looking one ever :)

Image

Couple more old rivals saw battle. Been too long since we had them out.

Image

With the great line of Barn Find cars along with our other models, we had a nice time as usual. We did race all the Barn Cars and had a ball with them.

Thanks again Mark for the surprise visit. Always a fun time.

I just realized- that's the first time I ever saw what Mark looks like. Somehow I imagined him like a mad scientists in a white lab coat, with leaving a trail of better cars than I can build in his wake.
