Rick, they are the wrong size anyway as far as I'm concerned. Its like that laid-down windshield that looks so silly. The very careful German guys looked at today's TV hotrods on bad television shows and built them, but self-respecting hotrodders don't beat the car up with huge diameter wheels and rubber band tires. That's for selling cars to people who have no idea how to turn a wrench. I promise you, if you built the car from the ground up to drive for your own fun, it will have normal sized wheels and full sidewall tires that give a smooth ride without giving up performance or beating the suspension to death. What I'm saying is go ahead and use 14 or 15 inch wheels and proper tires. I'd stand that windshield up straight, too.
